01

From Emergency Medicine to Longevity Medicine

Dr. Jennifer L. Volpe has spent nearly two decades in emergency medicine — at New York Medical College and across some of the most demanding clinical environments in the Northeast. She served as Chief Resident. She stabilized the unstable. She intervened at the moment of crisis. Over time, a pattern emerged — one that could not be ignored. Heart attacks with years of warning. Strokes that left signals long before they struck. Advanced disease presenting only after the window for prevention had closed. Good Gene was built from that recognition. Not as a departure from emergency medicine, but as its extension. A shift toward where the most powerful medicine exists — before the emergency room door ever opens.

02

Education & Training

Dr. Volpe graduated summa cum laude in Chemistry with a focus in Biochemistry from Sacred Heart University. She earned her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her emergency medicine residency at New York Medical College, where she was selected as Chief Resident — a distinction recognizing clinical leadership and diagnostic precision.

03

A Longevity Philosophy Rooted in Precision

Dr. Volpe does not practice longevity medicine as a trend. She practices it as a discipline — grounded in biochemistry, shaped by two decades of clinical pattern recognition, and informed by the physicians and researchers defining the field. Her acceptance into Dr. David Luu's founding cohort of longevity physicians reflects a commitment to rigorous, evidence-based care. Her alignment with Dr. Peter Attia's performance-driven framework influences how she interprets data, designs interventions, and measures progress. Good Gene is not a franchise or a multi-provider practice. It is a single-physician institute. Every client works directly with Dr. Volpe — every consultation, every diagnostic review, every strategic decision.

04

Before Good Gene

Dr. Volpe co-founded Good Vibe Medical, a multidisciplinary integrative practice in Chester, NJ. Services included hormone replacement therapy, IV infusions including NAD+ and Myer's cocktails, estrogen and testosterone therapies, pelvic-floor rehabilitation, and aesthetic wellness. That experience laid the foundation for Good Gene — deepening her understanding of hormonal optimization, nutritional science, and the intersection of functional medicine with proactive health strategy.

05

Beyond the Practice

Dr. Volpe is a devoted wife and mother, an author, and an advocate for rare disease research — supporting affected families and advancing awareness at the frontier of medicine. Her work reflects a core principle: medicine should move forward, not merely respond. Longevity medicine is not a set of tests. It is interpretation. It is judgment. The ability to recognize patterns across systems, connect signals others overlook, and design strategies that evolve with biology over time. Dr. Volpe brings nearly two decades of acute clinical decision-making to a discipline that demands exactly that — precision, pattern recognition, and accountability to one client at a time. Good Gene exists from a simple belief: you deserve a physician who sees the full picture. Not a fragment. Not a snapshot. The architecture of your health — past, present, and decades forward.
